Our Story

Both raised in the Ocean City & Berlin area, Andrew Duley and his stepfather Chris Vasiliou saw a need in their community for clean, safe, responsible, reliable, and affordable disposal services. Therefore, they started Seagull Disposal in the summer of 2019 with a mission “To enrich our communities by providing waste disposal services with efficiency.” Ever since, Seagull Disposal has been growing into more and more homes on the eastern shore on the premise of quality service with no additional fees.
